GENERALIZED STATEMENT
DivinelyTimedTarot LLC offers tarot readings for entertainment purposes only. Readings should not be considered a substitute for professional advice. All information provided is confidential. Payments are due in full previous to time of service. Refunds are not available unless the service is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations are not refundable unless agreed upon with me at least 24 hours in advance.

1. Payment and Refunds
Any fees required by third parties are not included in the presented prices on my website, nor do I receive the money from said fees.
Refunds only apply if we have spoken about the cancellation prior to the 24 hour cancellation period.. No refunds are given for the misuse or inaccuracy of information during services. Refunds are also not issued for any desired or undesired outcome that comes after the service!
2. Confidentiality
Your personal information WILL be kept confidential.
Expectations come with client/customer consent!
3. Disclaimer
I cannot guarantee accuracy of services or the outcomes of services.
My services should not be used as a substitute for professional advice! If you are seeking that kind of advice, I suggest you find that prior to engaging with my services.
4. Intellectual Property
I hold ownership of all media, digital property, posts, etc..under DivinelyTimedTarot LLC. Any person(s) or entities that are seen and/or proven to claim ownership of my property, media, readings, recordings, posts, etc.. will be handled legally. Any person(s) or entities that are seen/proven to use my property, media, readings, recordings, posts, etc.. without my knowledge and consent will be handled legally. Any use, misuse, or reproduction of my materials will result in legal action.
For digital services that are sent directly to customers/clients, you CANNOT resend, resell, repost, or share services with others in place of them buying services.
5. Appointment Policies
Please be vigilant with scheduling 1 on 1 appointments with me.
Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours ahead of booked/agreed time. Refunds are only issued if cancellation is confirmed with me prior to the 24 hour timeframe.
A required LATE FEE ($5 if 5-10 minutes late, $1 a minute after 10 minutes) and NO SHOW fee ($15) are applied {together if applicable) if there is late or no communication regarding cancellations or late starts.
6. Governing Law
DIVINELYTIMEDTAROT LLC is protected by the first amendment.
7. Sever-ability
If any provision of the agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
8. Entire Agreement
The terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications or agreements.
9. Amendments
Agreement can be amended or modified. Any updates to the agreement will be notified to the public.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
